the GAC brand presence in Addis Ababa.
This project involved the architectural and interior design modification of an existing warehouse into a modern electric vehicle (EV) showroom for the GAC brand in Addis Ababa. The design transformed the space into a multifunctional facility, incorporating a showroom and exhibition area for vehicle display, a dedicated service zone for after-sales support, an EV charging station, and a car wash area. Additional features included an outdoor cafeteria, a fountain, a guardhouse, and landscaped spaces to enhance customer experience and brand identity. The layout was carefully planned to optimize circulation, accessibility, and visual appeal while accommodating functional requirements for vehicle display, servicing,
and customer interaction.
his project involved the design and development of a 12,000 sqm fuel station site for ALKAN in the Afar region. The site includes a modern canopy structure supported by eight poles for multiple fueling points and a G+2 mixed-use building that integrates a service center, banking facilities, a cafeteria, and accommodation units. The layout was carefully planned to
ensure smooth vehicular circulation, convenient access to services, and safety for both customers and staff. Functional zoning and aesthetic design elements were incorporated to create a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting operational efficiency.
